Checking with our forwarder (Tomosho), they unable to provide us K9 form by today due to issues as below:

a) NEC used Mitsui suko as their agent for clearance and Interway/Tomosho need to issue the K9 form use their (Mitsui suko) own system.

b) Checking with Mr Zainuddin, they cannot accept a copy of K9 form (as per attachment here) since they need a copy of K9 form with Custom chop and signed.

As mention by Tomosho moment ago, K9 Form (with chop and signed) only will available on this Friday (16/12/2011).
